Where is your office located?
We are located in the Historic Ceretana building in Suite 122. This suite is located on the south side of the building.
Where do I park?

There is plenty of free parking in the residential area around the building as well as between the train tracks, and on the north side of the building.
How many people attend group sessions?

The ideal group size is any where between 5 and 10 members plus facilitators.

Our groups are 6-8 week series and it is important for the group process that you plan to attent all the groups in a series. Much of the magic of group happens as we get to know one another over that time, building familiarity, safety, and trust.
How much do your services cost?
How much do your services cost?
The cost can vary depending on what we are offering. Groups tend to be the most inexpensive option ranging from $35-$50 per session. Private sessions are between $150 and $200 Workshops and Retreats are subject to the content, time, and place in which they are held.
